- but this is perhaps the first time they have been tied together into one
cohesive unit. Asia-Pacific Tropical Homes unifies some of the most exotic
destinations on earth into a single, recognizable 'tropical belt'.
Modern transport and changing patterns of human settlement
have brought an increasing flow of people and wealth from the cold, developed
climates to this beautiful, tropical region that encompasses thousands of
islands, Southeast Asia and far north Australia. And the movement of people
and money is growing.
Asia-Pacific Tropical Homes explores the unique and
exotic blend of lifestyles, and cultures from across a tropical belt stretching
from Sri Lanka in the west, through the vast archipelago of islands that forms
Southeast Asia, to the tropical North of Australia, then east into the Pacific
Islands - all between the covers of a single, up-market magazine distributed
world-wide.
